Primum Landing Binding Position bug.. Empty Primum Landing Binding Position bug..

I click the Obelisk in Primum Landing to bind location... but to my surprised when i died i was teleported in HoarFrost Shelter.. I checked again the obelisk.. it really bind you to Hoarfrost when using the Obelisk in Primum Landing..
