Bugs Found.. pls help Empty Bugs Found.. pls help

NEUTRALIZING ODUM quest is bug..when i completed the quest it did not complete.. and the quest is still in the quest menu "J".. i cannot talk to any NPCs for the quest and they cannot give me quests..
I think it was bugged because when i click for completion it was laggy at that time.. and the quest is updated twice..

pls help.
