Glowing Abyss Armors Empty Glowing Abyss Armors

Ok this seems like a dead end imo. I have been searching forum after forum trying to figure out how to get armors to glow. I am really wanting this because I enjoy the armors in game but can't see to get my armors to glow. If anyone has any information regarding this kindly let me know how it's done.
