Broken Deity transform Empty Broken Deity transform

My asmo toon Alexander is an army governor. I saw on my chat log that i supposedly gained the deity transform skill, but never actually got it. It doesnt show up in my skill window at all even when i have transform seeds. Can a gm fix this for me plz Smile
